The benefits of touch
Touch is powerful. It can
help relieve stress, and lead to lower health risk complications. The Swedish
massage is the most popular massage form it uses firm but gentle pressure to
promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. Very similar, deep tissue massages
use many of the same techniques as Swedish massage but focuses on bringing the
body into alignment by massaging deep layers of connective tissue and muscle. All forms of massage calm the nervous
system, reduce tension and anxiety, and promote a sense of relaxation and
well-being. Remember everyone need a little break from life so breathe…… and
relax.
